These sessions are tailored to your needs, and we will focus on finding out what should be changed, or worked more in your routine.
It is very useful if you can provide me with some information about you prior to our course.
Here are some info that might be very useful :
- Your age
- How long you have been climbing for
- Your current level of climbing (trad, leading indoor / outdoor, bouldering, top rope)
- How often do you climb
- Any relevant injury that you have had previously
- Other sports that you practice, and how often
This will allow me to provide you with a more personal training, and fortunately this will help you to improve and reach your goal.
