If you would like to focus on your technique, or improve your stamina for long climbing routes, this indoor private coaching session is for you.
The session is tailored to your needs, and we will focus on finding out what should be changed, or improved in order to reach your goal.
It would help a great deal if you could provide me with some information about yourself prior to our course.
Here are some info that might be very useful :
– Your age
– How long you have been climbing for
– Your current level of climbing (trad, leading indoor / outdoor, bouldering, top rope)
– How often do you climb
– Any relevant injury that you have had previously
– Other sports that you practice, and how often
This will allow me to provide you with a more personal training, and fortunately this will help you to improve and reach your goal.
Note : The climbing centre entrance fee is not included with my fee for the private lesson.
